Phil Ransom has spent his adult life helping people see their lives and work through the lens of purpose. His background includes leadership consulting, visual communication design, ministry and spiritual leadership, and executive coaching—threads that all converge around one core conviction: people flourish when they understand why they’re here and who they’re here for.

Phil is the founder of The Vibrance Community, an online and in-person space where cohorts explore purpose, calling, and practical next steps together. He co-teaches an adult Life Group at his church and pastors The Chapel at the Silvernail, a senior congregation.

Across platforms—speaking, coaching, writing, and ministry—Phil’s steady aim is encouragement: helping people hear clearly, understand deeply, and then do something meaningful with what they see.
